Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the structural strength, stiffness, modal analysis, and lightweight analysis of port lifting equipment, writing analysis reports, proposing improvement plans for the design, and optimizing the design;
2. Responsible for structural fatigue and nonlinear optimization analysis of port lifting equipment;
3. Responsible for the review of relevant simulation analysis.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or mechanics, more than 3 years of CAE analysis and structural simulation analysis experience in large and medium-sized machinery (such as port machinery, construction machinery, pile driving machinery, earthmoving machinery, construction machinery, etc.).
2. Proficient in one or more CAE analysis software (such as ansys), proficient in one or more 3D modeling software.
3. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, good continuous learning and teamwork ability, able to independently complete the analysis, calculation, and reporting of mechanical large component structure and overall structure (such as statics, modal, buckling, fatigue, etc.).
4. Those with lightweight fatigue simulation experience are preferred.
