Rubber-Tired Container Gantry Crane (RTG)

The Rubber-Tired Container Gantry Crane (abbreviated as RTG) is a specialized lifting machinery used for container stacking operations in container yards. It moves within the yard via rubber tires, while its trolley travels along rails on the gantry beam to load/unload containers from trucks and perform stacking tasks. The RTG employs electro-hydraulic systems and radio sensor guidance technology to maintain straight-line movement within the yard and execute 90° right-angle turns for lane switching and repositioning. Wuxin-manufactured RTGs support multiple power supply methods including diesel generator sets, grid power, and lithium batteries, comply with the latest domestic and international standards (GB, FEM, DIN, IEC, AWS), and feature safety, stability, high maneuverability, customizable configurations, low operational and maintenance costs, as well as energy efficiency and environmental protection.
