1. Main Girder Integral Fabrication, Ensuring Key Parameters (Camber, Upward Deflection, Lateral Bending)

Using specially customized width premium steel plates, the entire girder is integrally formed in one piece. This guarantees key parameters including camber, upward deflection, and lateral bending, effectively reducing abnormal occurrences like trolley rail gnawing.

2. Structural Components Complete Blasting (Secondary Sand Blasting)

Blasting twice removes rust, welding slag, and weld spatter from steel components. Simultaneously, it reduces welding internal stresses and increases surface roughness, ensuring painting quality.

3. Robotic Intelligent Welding Workstations

Our cranes achieve modular design and production. Key structural components such as crane girders and various seatings utilize intelligent manufacturing. Dedicated intelligent welding robots ensure high-efficiency welding, guaranteeing quality and enhancing productivity.

4. 100-Meter Large-Format CNC Precision Plasma Cutting Machine

All medium-thick plate parts with various shapes on the crane are cut to final shape in a single pass using high-precision CNC fine plasma cutting machines, guaranteeing blanking accuracy.

5. Unique Slewing Bearing Processing Technology

Employing proprietary techniques, the slewing bearing plane undergoes precision milling in a single clamping to ensure flatness. Simultaneously, vibratory stress relief effectively eliminates welding internal stresses, guaranteeing the slewing bearing lifespan matches that of the entire portal crane.

6. Baking Paint Process

Utilizing automotive industry standards, large components undergo complete baking paint, ensuring coating quality. Even when facing sea breeze, salt spray, and various corrosive elements, it remains undaunted.
