Wuxin’s Cases : Continuously creating value for customers

  • Guangzhou Port

Guangzhou Port, strategically positioned at the Pearl River Estuary and the heart of the Pearl River Delta region, ranked as the world’s 5th busiest container port in 2024. Within its network, Xinsha Terminal serves as Guangzhou Port Group’s core grain handling facility. The 40t-45m portal grab ship unloaders engineered by our company for Xinsha Port are designed to service 100,000 dead weight tonnage bulk carriers. Operating at 90-second cycles with 25-tonne payloads per grab, they deliver stable, high-efficiency performance achieving 1,000 tonnes/hour throughput. Equipped with negative-pressure dust containment hoppers and en-masse conveyors, these systems satisfy extremely stringent environmental standards for grain handling operations.

  • Hangzhou Xiasha Port

Hangzhou Xiasha Port, located in Hangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, constitutes a vital component of Zhejiang's inland waterway transportation network and represents China's first fully automated inland river container terminal. Wuxin supplied the complete set of six fully automated rail-mounted container cranes (3 quay cranes + 3 yard cranes), capable of handling 30 containers per hour. This operational efficiency surpasses traditional manual operations, while operators require only one month of training before certification - significantly reducing driver training duration and experience requirements. Its commissioning critically anchors Hangzhou's position as a regional maritime logistics distribution hub while consolidating East China's freight consolidation capabilities.

  • Nanchang Port

Yao Bay Port, strategically positioned at the throat of the Ganjiang River’s golden waterway, radiates across the logistics corridors of the Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Designed with an annual throughput capacity of one million TEUs, it serves as the core anchor for Nanchang’s national logistics hub. The 45t-25m shore container cranes supplied by Wuxin have critically enhanced the Ganjiang golden waterway’s maritime connectivity as integral infrastructure for the port’s first 10,000-ton-class berth in Dongxin Terminal. This project directly interfaces the Belt and Road Initiative with the Yangtze Economic Belt strategy, catalyzing Nanchang’s development into a dual-circulation logistics pivot city.

  • Veolia Group

Veolia Guangdong operates as the core operational entity of the French environmental giant Veolia Group in Southern China. Addressing broad-area lifting requirements for containers and heavy components within ship recycling facilities, our solutions minimize equipment relocation frequency while boosting operational efficiency. The dual-configuration shipbuilding gantry cranes supplied by Wuxin – comprising 20t-50m and 10t-40m models – deliver flexible handling capabilities for varying container weights and vessel modules, adapting seamlessly to complex dismantling processes.

  • Sateri Group (Singapore)

As an international leader in large-scale chemical fiber production, Sateri Group wholly owns and operates Jiujiang Port – a pivotal inland river hub in the middle Yangtze region specializing in rail-water intermodal transport and multipurpose cargo compatibility. The MQS25t-25m and MQS20t-25m portal grab ship unloaders delivered by Wuxin, engineered with customized configurations, enable high-throughput handling of containers, bulk cargo , and heavy machinery. This operational versatility drives the port's transformation into a modern integrated logistics terminal.
